PewDiePie released Ajax fine-tuned for the Odysius local AI harness
He said OpenAI banned his account twice while he built seed data for the local assistant.
PewDiePie released Ajax, a fine-tuned AI model built to run inside the Odysius local-AI harness. The model can browse the web, run private searches, and tie into calendar and email workflows.
He used an open-source ablation tool called Heretic to strip refusal behavior from the weights. PewDiePie said he would not train the model to help users hurt others or themselves, and his lawyer asked him to state upfront that Ajax is not meant to give dangerous actionable instructions such as building nuclear weapons.
He launched data.pdy.com so volunteers could submit training data without Odysius collecting user information privately. Almost no one contributed, he said, so he moved ahead with a smaller first version rather than the larger model he had planned.
PewDiePie said OpenAI banned his account twice while he was working on seed data tied to its reasoning models, then restored access once before banning him again. Ajax version one is out now while he keeps running reinforcement training he said has stretched the release by weeks.
