Prince and Reliable Results billed Medicare $90 million then closed
Prince Laboratories and Reliable Results led national epilepsy genetic testing before their shopping-center suites went dark.
In Deerfield Beach, Florida, Prince Laboratories and Reliable Results ranked first and second nationally in Medicare billing for epilepsy genetic testing in 2024, then shuttered storefront labs in the same shopping center after taking in roughly $90 million combined. YouTuber Coffeezilla traced the spike in federal claims data and filmed the empty suites during hours their billing records listed as open.
Medicare's public 2024 claims data tracks services by CPT code. Code 81419 covers epilepsy gene panels, and volumes surged roughly a thousandfold in three years. About a quarter of those billings clustered in Deerfield Beach.
Reliable Results reported about $30 million in 2024 testing charges and Prince about $60 million in the analysis Coffeezilla published. Both companies also topped national rankings for other genetic panels within a few years of opening. Prize Diagnostics, another high biller in the same plaza, closed as well.
Coffeezilla reached the Reliable Results suite on a weekday and found the door locked. Online reviews described unsolicited saliva kits with Medicare policy numbers already filled in. A neighboring tenant said Reliable Results was gone when the tenant signed a lease about a month earlier, after Coffeezilla had emailed the lab for months. The building owner told him Reliable's lease ended May 31.
Next door, Prince Laboratories' suite sat empty and no one answered repeated knocks. The owner did not respond to Instagram messages before the visit.
Laboratory compliance consultant Ashley Zarling, who spent a decade in lab administration, described sales reps farming patient lists from doctors' offices and pushing orders to maximize volume without improving outcomes. She said unnecessary testing at that scale runs into hundreds of millions of dollars industrywide.
Public complaints tied telehealth orders for Reliable Results to Telesolutions MC. Coffeezilla said an operator who gave his name as Rasheed confirmed the link by email and appeared in records connected to CTD Network LLC. In November 2025 a federal grand jury indicted CTD owner Marek Rex Vernon Harrison on charges tied to more than $2.7 million in fraudulent genetic-testing and telehealth claims to Medicare.
An anonymous source familiar with the Deerfield Beach labs described cold callers offering free genetic tests to Medicare beneficiaries, with telehealth doctors signing orders regardless of medical need. The source alleged Prince and Reliable shared ownership ties the corporate paperwork obscured.
Neither Prince Laboratories nor Reliable Results faces public charges tied to the 2024 billing surge, and both shopping-center suites stayed vacant when Coffeezilla visited.
