White House launched Trump TV as round-the-clock YouTube stream
Kaelan Dorr pitched the feed as unfiltered greatest hits while live concurrent viewership stayed under 10,000.
The White House YouTube channel started a 24-hour loop of President Donald Trump's past remarks under the label Trump TV. The live stream went up hours after ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox News said they would stop carrying his appearances live.
The broadcasters acted after Trump barred Politico and MS NOW from the White House press room and blocked the cable network that joined their joint response. That statement said the public has a vital interest in receiving accurate, independent information about its government.
White House Head of Digital Strategy Kaelan Dorr wrote on X that the press, in some cases, reported inaccurately or not at all on the Administration's many record breaking accomplishments on behalf of all Americans. Dorr described Trump TV as the Administration's greatest hits, unfiltered.
YouTube listed fewer than 10,000 concurrent viewers on the stream in its first days. Trump spoke to troops with Logan Paul and Jake Paul at the Pentagon four days before the feed launched, while several creator allies kept press credentials as legacy outlets lost access.
The stream remains listed on the White House channel with no public change from YouTube.
