Danny Duncan punched on Manhattan sidewalk during New York City visit

He got stitches the same night he met 50 Cent backstage after trying to reach him for years.

Danny Duncan was hit in the face on a Manhattan sidewalk while he and his crew were in New York City to film.

Duncan said the man swung during a heated back-and-forth over who had said something moments earlier. The crew was not rolling at the time. Duncan bled from the punch and went to get stitches. He said he did not strike back because he thought the man might be homeless, and that he should have kept his guard up.

On the same trip Duncan was brought backstage to meet 50 Cent. Duncan said he had been trying to get in touch with him for about 20 years. They shook hands. Duncan told him he does his own YouTube stunts. 50 Cent called him the goat and told him to stream his records.

Duncan said he sold millions of Virginity Rocks shirts and built his merchandise around the same feeling 50 Cent’s brand gave him as a kid with no money.
