Steve Ronin surrendered on Esplanade Mall entry charges
Stephen Pamaran, 33, booked himself Aug. 13, 2026, on felony unauthorized entry and on posting the closed mall visit for publicity. Police still sought RangerRickTV.
Stephen Pamaran, who posts as Steve Ronin, walked into custody Aug. 13, 2026, more than a year after investigators said he entered the Esplanade Mall in Louisiana while the property had sat shuttered since 2021.
Pamaran is 33. He was arrested on felony unauthorized entry of a business and on a separate count of "unlawful posting of criminal activity for notoriety or publicity," according to reports on the booking.
Investigators tied the case to a 2025 trip into the closed mall with another creator who uses the handle RangerRickTV.
Under state law, the felony unauthorized entry charge carries up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000.
The publicity-related misdemeanor can bring up to six months in jail and a $500 fine.
Authorities said they were still searching for RangerRickTV and had not announced his arrest in the same case.
No further arrests in the matter were disclosed at the time of Pamaran's surrender.
