Sarah and Trey won MrBeast's $250,000 after losing 150 pounds together

Their wedding on the set was the first time either family had seen them since the challenge began.

Sarah and Trey lost 150 pounds together and won $250,000 after 163 days inside a gym compound MrBeast built for them. Either one stepping over a red line around the site before they hit the goal would have ended the challenge with no payout.

MrBeast told the couple their wedding would be the first time anyone in their families saw them after the transformation. They started at 345 pounds and 249 pounds while trainers tracked baselines and Function Health doctors flagged pre-diabetic metabolism and other markers.

They lost 43 pounds in the first month and 76 pounds by day 60, when they deadlifted a bar loaded with $50,000 and held it for a minute to bank that amount for the wedding. On day 90 they climbed a cargo net lifted by a helicopter roughly 100 feet up to earn a paid honeymoon in Hawaii.

MrBeast later had them pull a Ford F-150 around the circle 150 times, then doubled the assignment to 300 laps so Sarah could win a Bronco to match Trey’s truck. For the last 30 days before the wedding weigh-in he split them into separate gyms with solo briefcase challenges worth $25,000 each, which they completed with 30 push-ups and a one-minute dead hang.

On day 150 they had dropped 144 pounds combined and reunited across the red line. Fifteen days later the scale showed they cleared the 150-pound target. MrBeast said they had won the $250,000 prize plus $100,000 from side challenges and deposited $175,000 into each of their Step accounts.

They exchanged vows on the set as relatives watched for the first time in months. Trey’s mother saw him cross the line that had once meant elimination, and he kissed Sarah after they finished their vows.
