MrBeast opened a Ghana village health clinic in ninety days
He received IV treatment in the unfinished building before nurses unveiled it to the community.
MrBeast opened a new health clinic in a Ghana village where the nearest hospital was at least forty-five minutes away by motorbike. Beast Philanthropy built the sixteen-hundred-square-foot facility in ninety days with exam rooms, vaccine storage, a delivery room, and solar-powered water where the old site had one bed and no reliable power.
Village nurses Esther and Dorcas had cared for the community from a tiny room with spoiled vaccines when the refrigerator failed. They traveled by motorbike from their own villages daily. Local mothers including Lydia had faced long rides in labor; she told the crew she lost one twin in a miscarriage on a motorbike trip to another town.
Midwife Eva will staff the village's first delivery room. Construction continued as MrBeast fell ill on site and became the first patient, receiving an IV for a stomach illness before the opening.
Creators who came through the One Billion Followers Summit helped finish work before the reveal. MrBeast blindfolded Esther, Dorcas, and residents for the unveiling, then surprised the nurses with new motorbikes so they could reach the clinic without the daily commute.
The project sits in a cocoa-farming community where Beast Philanthropy had already funded schools; school attendance in the area rose to 98.7 percent after that work, villagers said. The clinic is meant to keep sick students near class instead of losing a teacher for an hour-long ride to care.
