Uthy lasted 119 days in a MrBeast mansion and kept the house

MrBeast had recruited 15 people who called his contests easy, one quit the first day without taking it back, and Asher lost when his hand came off the wall.

Uthy lasted 119 days in a seven-bedroom mansion and kept the house. He was the last of 15 people MrBeast put there, in a contest posted on Aug. 8, 2026.

MrBeast chose them because they had posted that his videos were extremely easy and that they would win for sure if they ever got in. They took the blindfolds off and ran for bedrooms in a house with a movie theater, a gym, and three game rooms. A red line marked the door, and crossing it meant you were out.

Chaise had made videos calling MrBeast contestants soft, then said inside that he was never leaving. That night he stole the television remotes. By 10 a.m. he was kicking doors off their hinges, shouting, "It's our house, right?" Asked if he would wait until day 10 to wreck the place, he said he was doing it on day two.

A man who had mocked people for quitting over a dog asked to leave that same day. He said he had realized they might be there a year, and he was not willing to do that. MrBeast stopped him at the line and asked him to say the contests were harder than they looked. "No, they're still pretty easy," the man said, and walked out.

On the fifth day a contestant who had promised to lock himself away for three years quit to go home to his cat. Chaise left too. A man still inside said, "I take it back. It's not easy."

Around day 10, MrBeast cuffed them in pairs and did not say when they would come off. Mark was chained to Kevin, Asher to Aaron, Kweli to Ryan. They ate and slept that way. Uthy smashed televisions while still locked to his partner. The cuffs came off on day 40.

MrBeast set an alarm to go off at random, and they had a minute to hit a hand scanner or they were gone. One of them yelled, "This is too easy." He cut the time to 30 seconds. Men started sleeping next to the scanner.

He locked some of them in a room. Ryan counted out loud past 20,000. The count moved to 100,000, and Kweli sat outside calling numbers through the wall.

A phone in the house started ringing at odd hours. Ryan answered and won $10,000 in a briefcase. Other men got 24 hours in a bathtub and a day of KSI's song on a loop, and one of them said he would give up the mansion to make it stop.

MrBeast put his own hand on the wall and said the last person still touching it would keep the house. He offered $100,000 to anyone who quit before he did, and said the money was gone if he lifted first. He lasted until three remained.

Asher and Uthy were the last of the original 15. Uthy said winning the house was "a whole life changer," not just for him but for his family, and that it would have taken him more than 20 years to buy a place like it.

MrBeast pulled Uthy aside and played a clip for Asher. Asher's hand had come off the wall. "He took it straight off," MrBeast said. "It wasn't even close."

Asher was out. MrBeast handed Uthy a deed with Uthy's name and his own signature. "The building you are in is officially yours," he said. "You are officially the last human after 119 days inside the mansion."
